How the integrative track works

Ayurvedic fertility support is a legitimate part of many patients' journeys in Vidarbha. In the Integrative Fertility Support track, BAMS practitioners learn how modern ART care works — so the Ayurvedic support they provide within their own AYUSH scope of practice can sit alongside it, with clear red flags for referral and a shared-care mindset.

To be explicit: consistent with Indian law, Aansh IVF does not train or certify AYUSH practitioners to perform allopathic procedures, prescribe modern medicines, or conduct ultrasound. The value of this track is coordination, not cross-pathy.

Frequently asked questions about certificate courses

What is the difference between the clinical and awareness tracks?

Clinical certificate courses are for registered doctors and life-science graduates, include demonstrations and simulation-based practice, and carry a tuition fee. Awareness and integrative tracks are knowledge-based programs for BAMS, BHMS, GPs and students — free or at a nominal fee — focused on recognising infertility, counselling patients and referring well. No track includes performing procedures on patients.

Is there hands-on practice in the certificate courses?

Limited and legal: demonstrations, models and simulation. Embryology practice uses simulation and non-viable or discarded material only, consistent with the ART (Regulation) Act 2021. Certificate courses do not include performing procedures on patients — that level of supervised hands-on work is reserved for the fellowship, which is restricted to qualified OBGYN specialists and embryologists.

Can a BAMS or BHMS doctor take the clinical courses?

No. Clinical tracks are restricted to practitioners whose registration covers modern medicine, in line with Indian law on scope of practice. BAMS/BHMS practitioners are warmly welcome in the Fertility Awareness & Referral and Integrative Fertility Support tracks, and in the lab observership — these are designed specifically to be valuable within your own scope.

Why are the awareness courses free or nominal?

Because their purpose is better patient care across Vidarbha, not revenue. When GPs and AYUSH practitioners recognise infertility early and refer confidently, patients reach effective treatment years sooner. We benefit too — many participants become long-term referring partners — and we are transparent about that.

What certificate do I receive?

A certificate of completion (clinical tracks) or participation (awareness tracks) issued by Aansh Hospital & IVF Center, stating the course, dates and content covered. It documents training experience at a government-registered ART clinic. It is not a university qualification, an NMC-recognised credential, or a licence to perform any procedure outside your registered scope.

When do courses run and what do they cost?

Courses run in small cohorts through the year, scheduled around clinic workload so you see a real working centre. Durations range from a few days to a few weeks depending on the course. Message us for the current calendar and fee for your chosen course.
