Gynaecological health and fertility are closely connected. Conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and menstrual irregularities often affect a woman's ability to conceive — but they also matter independently of fertility. Aansh offers gynaecological care as a continuum: from routine check-ups and menstrual health through fertility evaluation and treatment, and into pregnancy care and monitoring.

Dr. Shweta Agarwal (MBBS, DGO, Reproductive Medicine) leads all clinical care. See all treatments for the full procedural list, or costs & EMI for pricing information.

Frequently asked questions about women's health at Aansh

What gynaecology services does Aansh offer?
Aansh Hospital & IVF Center provides a broad range of gynaecological and reproductive services — including routine gynaecological care, menstrual disorder evaluation, PCOS management, ovulation induction, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, cervical screening, and full pregnancy care from prenatal counselling through fetal monitoring. Fertility-related procedures are provided in the same registered clinic.
When should I see a gynaecologist for fertility concerns?
In general, it is advisable to seek a gynaecological evaluation if you have been trying to conceive without success for 12 months (or 6 months if you are over 35), if you have irregular or absent periods, known conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, a history of pelvic surgery, or recurrent pregnancy loss. Earlier evaluation is also reasonable if you have concerns. A consultation does not commit you to treatment — it helps clarify what, if anything, needs attention.
What is ovulation induction?
Ovulation induction uses low-dose hormonal medication (tablets or injections) to stimulate the ovary to produce and release one or more eggs in women who do not ovulate regularly — for example in PCOS. The cycle is monitored with ultrasound scans to check follicle development and time any treatment or natural intercourse appropriately. It is typically one of the first-line fertility treatments considered.
Do you offer pregnancy care and monitoring at Aansh?
Yes. Aansh provides prenatal care, prenatal counselling, high-risk pregnancy management, and fetal monitoring. Couples who conceived through fertility treatment at Aansh may continue their pregnancy care at the centre. Patients with specific risk factors — such as multiple pregnancy, diabetes in pregnancy, or previous complications — receive dedicated high-risk pregnancy support.
